2.) What are the modes of payment?
Payments can be made thru direct Online Bank Transfers. We also accept QR PH Payments and Debit Online Transfers.
- Local Clients can pay thru: BDO, BPI, GCash, PayMaya/Maya, GoTyme, Unionbank, or via QR Code PH
- Foreign / Offshore Clients can pay thru: Paypal, Payoneer, Western Union, Xoom, and GrabPay
Payments can be made in installments (progress billing):
- 50% downpayment to start the project;
- and 25% after the submission of the first initial draft or first output;
- then the 25% upon succeeding accomplishment of works or upon final turnover of Project Deliverables.

Drafting will commence after paying the downpayment.

3.) What are the requirements to start?
May we kindly request that you send us the project requirements, guidelines or instructions to our email at kmvconsulting18@gmail.com or at inquiry@kmvconsultingph.com? We will then review it within 2-3 hours, and after that, we will reply with the final rate/quotation and scope of works.

4.) How'S THE Pricing? And how does the writing warranty work?
PRICING:
The cost will depend on the format, outline, guidelines/requirements, as the price/rates/fee will be assessed according to the complexity of the task, or the level of difficulty of the selected topic/research undertaking. The price is unique to each project since projects/paperworks demands different requirements.
The final price for your order depends on the complexity of the project, type of assignment, deadline, academic/corporate level, status, number of pages, business industry, and the subject or topic.
After you submit us the instructions, requirements, guidelines, we will assess and review them, as well as the level of difficulty of the chosen topic, or the complexity of the guidelines; and we will then send our fair quotation to you via email or thru our FB Messenger.
WARRANTY:
Note: We offer a standard 3-month warranty on drafts/project deliverables, statistician services, project support and technical writing. There is a technical/creative and project management warranty for up to 3-months, so even though for instance we turned over the final deliverables already, and you have fully paid already, you can still come to us for any future minor revisions so long as it is still within the warranty period.
The warranty will be effective from the date we turned over the "final draft". In short, we offer multiple minor revisions free of charge as long as the paperwork is within the warranty period.
Please note however that we have a revisions policy.
5.) I am short on budget, is there a way to still avail of your services?
Our prices are very affordable and below the market. We are committed to deliver high-quality deliverables, for an acceptable price and usually more affordable than our competitors.
You can pay us in an installment basis, or you can share your target budget with us, so we can charge according to your budget. Our charges are usually negotiable and flexible.
6.) I would like to start now and formally avail of your services, what should I do?

KMV consulting will reach out to you to discuss further and get more details and the data needed for the project. Please make sure that you inform us of your intent of availing services via emailing or chatting us.
After that, KMV Consulting will send you the initial quotation (with Scope of Works and Service Level Agreement), which you can either approve or reject. If you agree with the terms, and the service to be provided, and the timeline, please send us back the signed softcopy of the quotation at kmvconsulting18@gmail.com or at services@kmvconsultingph.com.

7.) I have other requirements that are not within the scope of works, what should I do?
Additional tasks outside of the basic services agreed initially in the quotation/contract or scope of works, will be charged separately. And it will be assessed by our team and let you know if there will be a recomputation needed. As early as possible, we encourage our prospects and clients to provide transparent and straightforward requirements.
Note: In compliance with Data Privacy Act of 2012, we place high value on our clients’ confidentiality and privacy, we do not divulge the names of our clients to protect their integrity and reputation, unless the client provides written consent. KMV Consulting reserves the right to demand (or seek judicial relief) for any of the unpaid balances due, after KMV Consulting diligently complied with its commitment to submit the first draft or the final copy to the client.
8.) Do you do rush work? How fast can you make drafts?
The speed and timeline will depend on the type of service that you want us to work on or project-manage for you, or the type of tasks or assignments that you like for us to complete on your behalf. For simple project management like Process Flows, Standard Operating Procedures, Research Papers, Proposals, Concept Papers, Title Defense Proposals, the fastest we can complete the research and writing is within 2-3 days.
And it also depends on the availability of requirements and guidelines; if requirements and information are already available at your disposal, feel free to share those with us and, KMV Consulting can draft faster than the speed of light without compromising quality and content.
For large-scale projects (for complex projects or enterprise B2B work): technical project deliverables can be completed within 15-30 days to 2 months.
9.) If I am not happy with the contents or writing made by KMV Consulting, what should I do?
Every client that pays for our writing or project management service can expect to receive our full support during the entire writing or project management process.

10.) What are the next steps after both parties agreed with the price, and both have signed?
After both parties have signed the quotation with scope of works and service level, the client should share (if there wasn’t anything shared yet) and send to KMV Consulting’s email at: kmvconsulting18@gmail.com or at services@kmvconsultingph.com the requirements documents or files related to the project, in order for KMV Consulting to commence and eventually accomplish the writing works.
If there are more project related files that haven’t been sent yet (e.g. templates/outline guidelines and complete instructions / supporting files/documents - editable-MS Word version), kindly send the files directly to our group via our official Gmail email at kmvconsulting18@gmail.com or to our project/technical team (editors, technical writers, statisticians, researchers, data scientists and Project Managers) at services@kmvconsultingph.com

11.) I want my profile to be hidden and make my transaction with KMV Consulting confidential.
Don't worry, we place high value on our clients’ confidentiality and privacy, we do not divulge nor disclose the names of our clients to protect their integrity and reputation unless the client provides written consent.
KMV Consulting will let you sign a Customer Data Privacy Form (to be sent to your email upon your request), to ensure that whatever you share with us will remain confidential and private.
