Step 1. Below, you will see KMV Consulting's official Google Calendar, please select a date and time to block for the discussion.
Step 2. Pay the consultation fee of 1,500php; please note that there is a 45-minute buffer time to allow for preparation between you and the assigned consultant, writer or project manager.
Step 3. Screenshot the proof of payment/transfer and send to our accounting manager via email, to Prof. Jen Baluran at accounting@kmvconsultingph.com
Step 4. When you send the screenshot via email, please follow this format:
Your email subject line should read: RE: Payment of Consultation Fee [Your Name]
Also attach the project files or materials that would be the basis of the discussion. Sending us the project files or materials would provide us context or background so we can better assist you during your allotted consultation with us.
Don’t worry we never disclose our potential clients’ information (as well as writers’ and our project managers’ information), and we keep everything private and confidential as we are compliant with Data Privacy Act as mandated by the National Privacy Commission. Step 5: Prepare your questions or agenda, the assigned consultant, project manager, writer will proceed with entering the meeting to discuss with you.

Payments can be made thru direct Online Bank Transfers or Debit/Credit Cards.

What is our On-The Spot Consultation (OTSC) service?
Our On-The-Spot Consultation (OTSC) session is a "free flow discussion" between you and the assigned KMV Consultant/s, wherein any topics can be discussed. The maximum KMV consultants that can join the meeting is three, depending on the availability of our in-house consultants; the minimum is one. But the fee is just the same regardless of how many of our consultants are joining the meeting.
The maximum number of persons that can join from your end or team or group is also three, the minimum is one. Please note that this is purely consultation, and no trainings or tutorials will be facilitated during the consultation session. Our trainings and tutorials are charged separately, and will require a new arrangement. For the list of our trainings and tutorials, please click here, under "Our Special Services".
During the On-The-Spot Consultation, you can share your screen (or your monitor), and walk us through the documents, and feel free to ask for our opinions or thoughtful strategies, or ask for our solutions and we will provide what we think is applicable, based from our insights and professional experiences. KMV Consulting will also share screens to walk you through our systems and technologies and even how we write the papers or how we run certain projects.
Our team is composed of licensed Consultants (Accountants, Lawyers, Engineers, Architects, Teachers, etc.), professional writers, Leaders/Executives of large corporations, certified Project Managers, or tenured Professors who hold either MBA or Ph.D. degrees or both.
There is no limit as to the range of topics that can be discussed, but please note that KMV Consulting will NOT participate in discussing topics violating business etiquette, international law issues, human rights, harassment, cyber crime, politics, people issues, fraud, or anything that is contrary to law both domestically and internationally.
We recognize all types of culture, religion, race, and we treat each prospect or client with utmost respect and of equal footing regardless of their social status, and personal or professional preference.
Please feel free to be straightforward, honest and blunt while the session is on-going; we won't mind and we like straightforward people anyways.
