REFUND POLICY

  We honor refunds only if you have not received any deliverables from our end. We treat everyone fairly and this includes being fair with both clients and our writers & researchers. 

It will not be fair to ask for a refund if the writers have rendered services to you, and you consumed the services already and benefitted from it; with our writers diligently complied with the scope of works stipulated in your contract or agreement with us.

Note: For cases like emergencies, or fortuitous events (acts of nature, power outage, typhoon, etc.,) or unreasonable client requirements that could potentially delay the deliverables, this does not mean that our writers have failed to deliver; most especially if the circumstances are beyond our control. Thus, it will not merit refunds.

  In the event that the Agreement/Quotation expires or is terminated by either parties, no portion of any payments of any kind whatsoever previously provided hereunder shall be owed or be repayable or refunded.  

No refunds of prepaid amounts will be given for early termination by Client.

The Fees payable and paid under the Agreement/Quotation are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  All contracts and quotations “signed” are final, and contracts and quotations are considered final when the client pays the downpayment, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. 

Clients recognize and agree that they shall not be entitled to a refund for any services availed under any circumstances.
